engagePLUS

Terms of use

engagePLUS is provided by Industrial Psychology Consultants. These terms cover this website and the platform. Where an organisation has a signed agreement with us, that agreement comes first.

Using the platform

Accounts are issued to named people and are not to be shared. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

Client accounts may see their own organisation’s results and nothing else. Attempting to reach another organisation’s data, or to identify individual respondents from confidential results, is not permitted.

Answering a survey

Taking part is voluntary. Answer honestly or not at all — a survey answered carelessly is worse for everybody than one not answered.

Please do not put other people’s personal details, or anything defamatory, into a free-text comment. Comments reach the organisation that commissioned the survey as written.

Reviews and enquiries

If you submit a review, you confirm that it is your own honest opinion of working with IPC, and that you are content for it to be published on this website with your name, job title and organisation. Nothing is published until a consultant has read it.

We may decline to publish a review, or remove one later, without giving a reason — and we will remove yours on request.

What belongs to whom

The platform, this website, and the questionnaires, dimensions and report formats within it belong to Industrial Psychology Consultants.

A client’s survey responses, and the reports built from them, belong to that client. We use them to provide the service, and — in aggregate, without identifying the organisation — as part of the national benchmark that every client is compared against.

Articles, whitepapers and case studies published here may be read and shared. Please do not republish them in full without asking.

What we do not promise

We work to keep the platform available and accurate, and we cannot promise it will never be unavailable. Maintenance, upgrades and the occasional fault happen.

Survey results describe what respondents said. They are evidence for a decision, not the decision itself, and the judgement about what to do remains the client’s.

The national benchmark figures are drawn from the organisations that took part in a given year. They describe that sample.

Ending access

We may suspend an account that is being used in breach of these terms. Where an organisation has a signed agreement with us, what happens to its data at the end of the relationship is covered there.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and continuing to use the platform after a change means accepting the current version.
